In 2001, I attended my first Booth Method – Vertical Reflex Therapy course and was lucky enough to assist Lynne Booth teaching. VRT is part of my Reflexology treatment. I have also attended advanced technique workshops.

After receiving Reiki I decided to receive Reiki attunements (2003). I have completed my two-year Reiki III (Master/Teacher) apprenticeship, allowing me to teach Reiki to others. Reiki is a meditative experience and one that supports my own Meditation practice.

I have a keen interest in Homeopathy and studied for 2 years, at the School of Homeopathy, Devon.

I am committed to providing antenatal care, using both my personal and extensive professional experience. I have attended various workshops to broaden my knowledge.

I have practised Yoga since my own pregnancies and find the philosophy and practice invaluable when treating and being with others.

I aim to provide a holistic approach to health and general well being. The therapies I practise are as rewarding to give as they are to receive. I continue to develop my practice by attending workshops.

As well as my base in Long Ashton, I work at the Family Practice, Bishopston.
